A Lovely Furnished / Unfurnished Double Room is Available in a Friendly House in the Heart of the North Laines Central to Everything!

A room has become available in our lovely, central house with parking! You will be sharing with myself- a professional working in design, and my housemate Laura, who’s doing a course in carpentry. You will also be living in a prime central spot with a lovely pub across the road from us and 5 mins walk to Brighton Station, 2 mins to Churchill Square/ Western Road and right in the North Laines.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, and considerate person. Generally we are quite social and liked doing things as a house (including going out for drinks etc) but we also respect each others space and it's definitely not a student/ party house (but we do like to be sociable and have the odd night out).

We have a modest-sized double bedroom available wich currently comes with a comfy double bed (and mattress) but would consider offering the room as unfurnished if preferred. It fits a lot more in but my current housemate will be taking the rest of her furniture with her, (however I can help with organising a wardrobe etc). Its not hugely spacious but fits a surprising amount of furniture in it and is adjacent to our huge garage which we use for storage - so tonnes of storage space adjacent to the room.

Worth noting our kitchen and living room are quite spacious, people have always commented that our living room is much bigger than it seems in the pics, and it is very spacious!

Rent is £630 and includes all bills including the fastest virgin broadband service.

Deposit is £675. ALL BILLS INCLUDED including broadband/ TV, home insurance, council tax etc. There are no lettings agent fees either, other than a £20 fee we each pay per year for the contract renewal which will be due in march.
There might be some flexibility on move in dates if you need to move sooner.


Best of all we are pet-friendly (though we dont currently have any pets in the house).
