The room comes with an Ottoman double bed (please note the bed is now different from the King size sleigh bed as pictured), a dark wood chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room window faces south.

The flat is a large 680 ft2 and is furnished tastefully with a mix of modern and antique styles. The living-dining room has an l-shaped sofa, smart tv, dining table and benefits from a large bi-folding door opening to a south-facing balcony. The modern bathroom boasts a waterfall shower and the modern galley kitchen has all the equipment you need.

The location is peaceful and private, on a lovely treelined street opposite a church and very close to a Sainsbury local. You have excellent transport links to the whole of Brighton, Hove and up to London. Preston Park train station is 3 mins walk. Parking can be arranged, through a parking permit. There are bike storage hooks for 2 bikes in the landing of the flat.

This flatshare will suit a professional or mature student who enjoys peace and quiet. You will be sharing with a female PhD student, who would prefer a female flatmate.
