This is a very relaxed, clean, peaceful, family home. We have been renting our spare room for a number of years so we are familiar with people's privacy and own space.

The room is furnished/unfurnished with loads of storage space.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, gas central heating. WiFi.

All utility bills are inclusive in the rent.

We are a short walk to bus stops 5/5A/5B and Preston Park train station. London Road train station is approximately 10 minute walk from the flat which will take you to Falmer University within 10 minutes. Local supermarket open 7 days till 11pm.

Ideally suited for students (mature and language), professional and commuters.

I work part time and have a fun and outgoing child who keeps me very busy.
