Charming and spacious modernised Victorian house to share. House just been entirely refurbished. Plenty of space.

It is a 3 bedroom house. Not sure yet if the 3rd room will be let or kept free.
So for the time being it would only 2 persons sharing the whole house for now, which would leave plenty of space.
The room to rent is facing the garden, it is quiet and sunny. Room size: 3.50m x 3.10m.

The house has plenty of charm with all it’s Victorian features, whilst having the comfort of a new built (warm, with no drafts or humidity).

It is located next to Hanover with all its cosy pubs, Queenspark, Lewes road, and it is 20/25 minutes walk from Brighton Central station, 15/20 mins walk from North Lane.

Free parking is available in front of the house.

Bills are not included in the price: Wifi internet, utilities, council tax.

I am French, male, have moved from London 1 year ago, and I have my own business. I work half of the time from an office room in the house, and I am usually not in at evenings.
I am more looking for a house-share and someone to have an occasional laugh with, rather than a tenant-landlord relation.

You will be welcome to invite your friends in the house for dinners, drinks, etc.

It would be great if you wouldn't mind socialising with the house black cat too :-).

Apart from that I would say that I am rather easy going, clean and tidy without being too obsessional about it neither :-). There is a cleaner coming 2x4hours per month (£40 each per month), or you could do half of the cleaning if you'd rather save on that.

Ok for short-term (1 month minimum) or longer term rental.
