I am looking for a friendly, open-minded, tidy female to share the house with from the 6th of March. Preferably professional or mature student aged over 28. In the house will be living the new person and myself.
The room is a cosy and bright double room. It comes UNFURNISHED.
The house is nice and clean. It is located on a quiet street in London Road area, very close to the Open Market, shops, parks and about 10 minutes away from the train station, which make this area a very pleasant and convenient to live in.
I am a 30yo. professional. I consider myself friendly and outgoing. My main interests are travelling, dancing, sport, yoga, reading, listening to various types of music, going out and about!
The rent is around £520 = £390 + £130 circa (bills, WiFi, council tax).
