The room is fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, chest of drawers, shelves, and hanging rail. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. I am a non-smoker but I am ok for people to smoke in the kitchen or outside.
The room is suitable for students. I am vegetarian so there is no cooking meat or fish in the house.
There is a cat living in the house.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen and garden.
I am looking for an easy-going, quiet, considerate person.
The £600. per month includes; rent, WIFI, gas, electricity, water, etc.
The accommodation is central and is close to shops, trains, and buses to the town center and universities. This room is only suitable for a student.
