En suite double in friendly flat by station

My partner and I have a room available in a lovely 2 bed flat on Dyke Road, less than 5mins walk to Brighton mainline station, 5mins from the pubs & shops at Seven Dials, and 10mins from the beach.

It's a first floor apartment with a really big shared living room, separate kitchen, and two double bedrooms (both en suite) all on one floor. It's very bright with high ceilings. There's also bike storage in the building entrance hall. The room is a double and comes unfurnished. It has a big window leading on to a fire escape/semi-balcony. Your en suite bathroom is tiled and has a shower and sink (toilet is in the corridor & shared between us).

The letting agent charges fees per person: £100 references, £46 inventory, £600 deposit.

About us
My partner and I are both social and love chatting politics or indulging in trashy TV over a drink in the evening. Jo works in the NHS and commutes to London and I'm doing a PhD in Anthropology so we have pretty different working schedules. We're new to the area and it would be great to explore with friendly housemates. We are looking to find someone sociable and relaxed who is clean & considerate and who would enjoy unwinding at the pub or watching a movie together. You must be lgbt friendly. Any extra furniture you want to bring will be a bonus.
