Friendly, quiet houseshare with garden, in the popular Hanover area. The room is newly decorated, with a new pvc double glazed window, new flooring and is part furnished. It's at the rear of the property with a lovely view overlooking our garden and is available now.
You would be living with 2 young professionals.
Guarantor required.
A 6 month minimum contract is desirable but we would be willing to accept a 3 month contract for the right person.

Private Landlady, no agency fees.
Likeminded housemate required to fill the room asap although we're willing to wait for the right person. We enjoy hanging out together in the lounge but also like our own space too.
