Double room in beautiful house share.

Beautiful double room available 1st April.

The room comes semi furnished - built in storage / shelves and single bed.

The house is currently shared by 5 young professionals. We are all friends in the house and often have food together in the evening. Veggie/Vegan friendly but not fussy or strict at all . The house has some beautiful shared spaces which we all hang out in after a day of work. Great selection of board games and records available to everyone.

The house consists of 6 bedrooms spread over three floors. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. Our living room, conservatory and kitchen are downstairs on the lower floor. Out the back of the house with have a wooden patio, wash room and stairs to a lower garden. There is also an attic for storage which is also being used as a study.

The house is owned by a private landlord who is a joy to deal with. There are no extra or hidden fees and the rent is super cheap for the area. Bills (gas, electric, water, internet) come to roughly an extra £40 per month and council tax is around £35 per month as well.

Location - the property is close to the Sainsbury's supermarket on Lewes road. We are 10 min walk to the Level, 20 min to the Lanes and 25 to the beach. There are buses every couple of minutes to the centre. Permit onstreet parking available or free parking next street over.
