Hello ,
We are looking for a happy, peaceful housemate .We are a calm and friendly household .” We “ are generally myself and my son , who is here part time. We don’t have parties and we mainly go out to socialise. I have a studio in the garden where I work. As well as the large registered kitchen. I am gluten free and keep separate counters to make that easy.
We are looking for someone kind ,gentle, thoughtful & responsible to share our home with. Preferably long term. Someone who works out of the house in the daytime.
We love our home and take care of it.
We are looking for a responsible person who will do the same.
The room is a sunny, decent size double room with furniture. It looks into the back garden and is generally quite private.
You will need your own bedding and cooking things.
It has new soft carpet & plenty of storage space.
The rent includes most bills .
