Hi! we have an unfurnished (but the bed and shelves on the picture can stay) double room available from the beginning of October in our top floor 3 bed flat off Western Road. It's very close to the city center and beach (about a 5 minute walk to both) with views over Brighton and the sea from our roof terrace.
The room is 3m x 2.6m and has space for a small double bed, desk, wardrobe, draws etc and gets plenty of natural light. We’re looking for a professional like ourselves, male or female to move in (being a creative is a bonus!)
The rent is £500pm and bills are £120pm.
A full time job is a must.
