A beautiful 3-bedroom apartment on Brighton seafront, overlooking the iconic Palace Pier with a private balcony. In the heart of this bustling city, you're less than 5-minutes walk from the main shopping centre and the historic North and South Laines, and 10-minute walk to Brighton railway station with direct links to central London.

I myself have lived in the property for over 10-years now, and manage the property on behalf of the landlord who is also Brighton based. The current occupant and I are both working professionals and as such are looking for similar likeminded clean and hardworking individuals for the third double bedroom. Non-smokers preferred.

Animal lovers are essential as we have a resident pooch (Jack Russell Terrier called Lionel) who has also lived here for almost 10-years.

The apartment features a large shared living room and bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. All bills are included in the monthly rent which is due on the 1st of the month — bills included in cost of room.
