There’s a brilliant warm, light and airy room in a cosy house that’s situated in a quiet residential area convenient for both the town centre and the station.... and it’s available now!

There are two of us here at the moment, both graduates, and we have been working from home for a while!
We respect each other’s need for space but the lounge is a good social space to eat and watch TV.
The room is great as you can see from the pics - lots of natural light and a view to the Downs from the window. It comes with a bed, chest of drawers, clothes cupboard/shelves etc, and desk.

The house is in a great part of Brighton, just off the 7 Dials. It's only a ten/fifteen minute walk to Western Road, to London Road or to the station, and in twenty minutes you’re on the beach.

There’s a shared living room which is spacious and light, a decent kitchen (washing machine, drier, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer etc), a neat bathroom with a bath/shower, and there’s a light and open patio which is nice in the summer.
There’s parking outside in the street but you have to buy a permit.

Bills Included in the rent:
The £560 that you pay directly to Stuart (landlord), covers room, Council Tax, Water and the TV licence.
Additional costs:
The power and broadband are shared costs which we sort out and pay directly to the utilities....and we might organise a cleaner.

Advise budgeting about £600 per month, all in.
