Three week let, loft ensuite, veggie family home

I’m looking for a female lodger for these precise dates, or for as close to these dates as pos!! 14th Dec 2019 to 7th Jan 2020. Great if you need somewhere to stay over the Xmas hols!
Rent would be £23 a day.
It is a gorgeous en-suite loft room in my central Brighton home. The room is newly decorated and fully furnished with lots of storage space and a super comfy king size bed. The room is at the top of the house so it feels very separate. The kitchen is shared and you'd have your own cupboard and fridge/freezer shelf, plus use of the washing machine, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. The rest of the house is for my family, but you are welcome to pop in for a chat, we are very friendly. I have two small children (aged eight and five) and two very friendly cats. We are a vegetarian house so ask for no meat to be cooked in the kitchen please (although fish is ok). The bedroom has a table and chairs, kettle, TV (with Netflix, Iplayer and other catch up services), iron, ironing board, and clothes airer. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower. I have a current gas safety certificate. The house is very central (4 mins to London Road station, 5 mins to London Road shops and bus stops), yet it's a very quiet, friendly, residential neighbourhood. This isn't a party house, so look elsewhere if that's what you're after!
