AMAZING FLAT 5 MIN FROM SEA FRONT.

I am going away for two weeks over Christmas and looking for someone to sublet my room from the 17th dec till the 30th dec.

Rates (inc bills)
£150 for single person p/w
£250 for couples p/w

You will be sharing the flat with a couple who work so the flat is very quite.

The flat is located 5 minute walk from the sea front and 15 min walk from the centre of Brighton. It is on a quite residential street with Queens park located a couple of minutes away.
The room is well proportioned and very cosy. Room will come furnished and I will do my best to tidy all my things away so you can use the space how you wish :) Bedding not provided but if you have a problem with this message me and I can sort something out.

The shared spaces are massive. Newly refurbished bathroom with huge bath, massage shower and heated towel rail.
The living room! just look at that living room...! We painted it baby blue and trying to make it look like a still from a Wes Anderson movie hehe.

Queer friendly 100% good vibes living space. Lovers not Haters.

Please note also there is no Washing machine.
I use a cute launderette 5 mins down the road, which is no hassle.
