Spacious double room available for single occupancy on ‘best street in Hanover’ sharing with one flatmate and cat. This street has a particular charm with pretty front gardens. It is at the bottom of the hill, so no steep walk when you come home!

Hanover is a popular, central area with a real sense of community. It is convenient being only a 15 minute walk to Brighton train station, 10 minutes to the North Laine, and 5 minutes from the food shops and banks of London Road.

The flat is a 20 minute walk to the Royal Sussex County Hospital and is also within easy reach of Amex, the police headquarters, as well as both universities.

This is a large double room that has been newly decorated, including new carpet and shelving. It has a view of the front garden that gets the morning and midday sunshine. There is a table and chairs in the front bay and a blackout blind fitted over the window. For storage there are large pullout drawers under the bed, a hanging rail with shelves, as well as a trunk, two sets of small drawers and additional shelving.

The shared space is the bathroom, galley kitchen with breakfast bar and West facing patio garden with seating. Please note there is no separate lounge. The flat is compact but only shared with myself (one flatmate) and my beautiful cat.

Room is suitable for a single person and I would prefer someone vegetarian as I am vegan. Must be an animal lover. This flatshare would suit someone who is happy doing their own thing in a peaceful environment with the occasional chat in the kitchen or garden.

£600 per month with £400 deposit. Rent includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, council tax and fast broadband. Employment/guarantor and last landlord references required. Room currently available from 25 April 2020.
