Recently refreshed fully furnished single room with bed, wardrobe, small desk, chair, bedside cabinet, etc. The bathroom, is shared with just one other person. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen and an attached shared dining room (being redecorated - photo to follow.).
There is a garden and unrestricted parking on the quiet no-through road.
This is a nice, friendly house with considerate housemates with jobs, a cleaning rota is in place and would suit somebody with a similar personality.
Smoking only in the garden.
All bills covered by rent including fast internet.
Very good bus links to Brighton centre, marina or Hove and walking distance to the hospital.
Some storage space available in the loft in loft and a shed in the back garden.
