Single bedroom in Brighton

Hiya! we are looking for a tenant in our house currently we have 5 first year girls studying at Brighton uni who are all proper lovely, we are happy to except non students however. The place is £120pppw, £140 with a paid TV license, gas, electric, internet and water ( we are considering putting more money into the rent and making the rent for this room cheaper as it is a single and we just need someone so if you contact me I’ll let you know more about that) . The place is proper gorg it has 6 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a really spacious kitchen/living room and also a garden with a gardener included in the rent. We have all signed the contract and been living here around two weeks it’s all done online through coapt and is a really simple process and once that’s all done you can move in straight away, Please let me know if your interested we need somebody desperately as we love this place and really wouldn’t wanna have to move out, we are all very sociable but also like to chill out and are very respectful of each other, also your room would be the one shown in the 3rd picture xxxx
