We have two lovely rooms for rent in our house in the country, which is located 5 miles north of Lewes.
It consists of a double bedroom with own bathroom, a separate livingroom/kitchen with own entrance. The hall, stairs and landing would be shared.
The property is occupied by myself and husband, with our dog, 2 cats and chickens. We are visited frequently by our grown-up children and grandchildren,
We have a large garden and veg plot, backing onto fields. There is off road parking and any future tenant(s) would need their own transport.
We are happy to accept a couple, the cost per month would be £800
