Amazing house, looking for amazing people. Fantastic communal spaces, large and light with double doors onto the landscaped garden. With BBQ's in summer and fires in winter, the house is very spacious, as is the garden. It really does have everything! Bit of feedback at the end and in the photos :-)

The transport links are great and the station is 2 minutes walk from the front door. London Victoria through to Hastings with no changes. London Victoria 1 hour direct, Gatwick 30 mins direct, Brighton 30 mins one change, Uni 20 mins one change, Lewes 4 mins direct.

Rooms are rarely free, but due to a combo of Covid and a long term family let there are now 4 rooms available, yay! Details of the terms for a family let are on Facebook Marketplace. Otherwise, for you buddy-ups out there, here is an amazing house, spacious, light and brimming with character, Four Winds is the house. Each bedroom has a desk and plenty of space to make working from home a breeze. All the living areas are spacious too and they need to be used, loved and lived in. There are wood burners in the downstairs rooms and double doors opening onto the garden. All these spaces are yours to enjoy, whoop!

Sometimes cooking together, sometimes film nights, and sometimes lone time, it's a great place to be. Whether it's quiet to work, or just be; relaxing in the garden, or chilling in the lounge, it's been a place where everyone is respectful of the space we have, the big space, it's too good to be missed!

So if you fancy a home that has everything, and is fab in both summer and winter months, this is it!

It has got to be the best house share that I’ve ever been in and I couldn’t go without thanking you in writing. I must of been a pretty awesome tenant too as I was only with you part of the week but that aside, I hope I made a positive contribution to the place.
