We're looking for a professional person to rent one of our rooms in a spacious 5 bed house on Chapel Green Crowborough.
We're a sociable couple with a child (more info can be disclosed on this). Must also like animals as we have quite a few!
The bedroom itself is huge with a Super king bed, plenty of build in storage, flat screen 50 inch tv on the wall and large private ensuite bathroom which is nearly as big as the bedroom! Free standing roll top bath, walk in shower etc. overlooking the garden.
The Room has its own private entrance from the main house with front door and stair case, however the main house can still be accessed.
Large garden with decking and patio areas.
Close to all the local amenities and pubs etc.
Bills are included. Use of kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc.
