Near to railway station (50 mins London), lovely woodland walks and the Ashdown Forest is close by as well as the famous Crowborough Beacon golf course (2 minutes walk down a country lane). Very nice, exclusive location which sits high, on the edge of The Warren., Quiet and tranquil yet close to all amenities incl restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. Must like animals as we have 2 small, friendly dogs and a cat. We are a professional, semi-retired couple. Husband works from his studio at home. Looking for a professional, quiet, clean and tidy, friendly, respectful and easy-going person. Non-smoker. Use of washing machine, Tv, microwave, fridge, kitchen facilities for the preparation of LIGHT meals. Free internet access. Also, cleaner provided once monthly is included. One set of linen provided. Towels not provided. Welcome pack provided Includes loo roll, some cleaning products, hand sanitiser & soap. Use of large garden, terraces, garden furniture..

Rental is £200.00 per week inclusive of bills, payable in advance per calendar month. Free wi-fi, large tv in room, parking space, cleaner once a month Includes electricity, gas & wifi, hot water, use of washing machine once a week, cooker, fridge, wine cooler, microwave & coffee machine, Our cleaner visits once a month and is included. An informal agreement will be written up for us both to sign. 2 References essential. One month's rent in advance and £250 deposit (refundable subject to the usual checks). We will need full disclosure as to who you say you are and your background please. Due to a recent, unwelcome surprise, we will need to carry out a financial check. Hope that's ok.
