Bill inc. Quiet house right on the downs

The view

Tha house available is right at the top of Denton and only meters away from the border of the South Downs National Park.
The house is about 20 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from main bus routes such as the 12. There is also loads of free parking should you drive. Personally I cycle everywhere.

I am letting a large (3x4m!) double bedroom furnished. There are great views accross Denton and South Heighton with rolling hills in the background and a lovely wood right by the house. It is very quiet, just the sounds of trees and birds.


In terms of a landlord I am very flexible and would strive to make a tenant feel at home and comfortable.

The house has a large living room and a really nice sized kitchen.

A few things to consider, this is out of town so unless you enjoy walking/cycling or have transport it may not be for you. I commute by bicycle and work in Brighton, its flat most of the way!

The house has no TV. TV license is not included in the bills.
Council tax is included.
Gas, electricity and water is included.

Pets would be considered.

I would prefer someone who works full time but I am happy with students equally.
