We have available lovely bright single room to let, Short term considered
We are by the crumbles/asda/cineworld in eastbourne with easy bus routes into town/pevensey
We have a lovely family home and we live here as a married couple with our 11 year old boy and 4 cats so must like animals.
All bills included with wifi and freeview tv , room is furnished .
Access to garden with shared access to bathroom /kitchen (with washing machine available to use one day a week) no tumble dryer tho, and family shared lounge with the rest of the family
As it is a shared family home we appreciation consideration with noise and no guests.
would prefer a full time working professional who is easy going and friendly
