I have a lovely large furnished double bedroom to let in a warm and friendly house.

The kitchen is very large with an island in the middle and a breakfast bar/dining area. It’s fully equipped with a large oven, microwave, fridges, freezers, toaster and a separate room with a washing machine.

The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It's bright and has been newly decorated. There is central heating and all windows are double-glazed. If you have any bedroom furniture you’d like to bring I can easily put the existing furniture into storage or am happy to store some of your items in the sealed loft.

There is a pleasant decked garden with a reading nook and easy sideway access for bikes.

The property is in a lovely area located close to town, the station and the seafront. You can see the sea from the front door! There is always lots of safe street parking outside (free).

This isn’t through an agency so there’s no admin or fees. You’d be living with me and two other people. I keep everything well maintained and I’m happy to help with any problems so you won’t be stuck waiting around for useless landlords or agencies to answer your calls,
