Small double in waterside house close to shops, bars and the beach .Parking is easy and close by as are the buses. The share is a 4 bed waterside house in Eastbourne's Marina. sharing with with a fire officer a business owner and an a council worker. The house has 4 bathrooms .Sid and Dawn are the owners and live in so the house is in good state of repair and is nice and clean etc. We are looking for a long term lodger who is working (ie not at home all day ).and who is of similar age to us (50s)....When you apply it would be nice if you have filled out a wanted ad so we have an idea of what you are all about.
