I am searching for a flat mate to share my spacious ground floor flat with.

The property consists of:

* Two other bedrooms currently occupied by myself and children (Boy 12 years, Girl 9 years).

* Bathroom with both shower and bath.

* Small toilet only room in addition to the bathroom.

* Lounge

* Kitchen

* Garden

* Storage shed outside (which is available for you to use).

Bills are included. The flat has central heating, double glazing and all the essentials you will need.

As you can see above i have my children in the property with me, they are only here 50% of the time. It is important to find someone who is child friendly as you will be around them. When the children are here we spend a lot of the time out of the flat exploring and having fun.

The flat is a 15 minute walk from the town center with a bus stop at the stop of the road. The train station and hospital are a 15 minute walk away.
