Waterside house with view over South Harbour, large kitchen, dining room . house has balcony and two small gardens, parking is easy. walking distance to Asda bars and the sea. house has broadband .Room is a good sized double with a new single bed floor to ceiling wardrobes draws + chair +kettle and fridge The kitchen dining room is large and has a slideway wall to the decked garden(+large med style BBQ) there is a utility room with loads of freezer space.. You will be sharing with me, my partner and one other long term lodger. A friendly home ..We don't allow smoking in the house so it is best if you are a non smoker We are social couple without any kids who love to sail our boat. The bathroom has a great shower/bath which is for your sole use. The people here are a company owner an engineer and a fire officer. We are looking for an employed person. The house is a four bedroom four bathroom house with two lodgers. We do have a washing machine .My partner is allergic to animals so we can't do pets .If you want to apply please tell us a little about about yourself eg what you do for a living and how long you have been doing it ,why you are looking?
