Double room to rent in a clean modern house on a new housing estate. We're looking for a clean easy-going person to rent our spare room. We're easy-going and work full time. We also have my 16-year-old daughter stay with us for a full week every other week and would need you to be ok with having a teenager in the house. The room has built-in wardrobes and is furnished with a double bed and a chest of draws. You also have full use of a bathroom with an over-bath shower and WC next to your room. The house has a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. We have off-street parking and a bus stop at the end of the road that goes directly to Brighton and Tunbridge Wells if you don't have a car. The bus also goes direct to the Uckfield train station where you can catch a train direct to London. All bills included including wifi & sky (In the lounge). The house isn't far from the local pub and village shop.

This is a no-smoking house but we're happy for you to smoke in the garden.

We have a very loving bulldog and two bearded dragons as pets.

We're looking for someone that is tidy and considerate to others. Please don't contact me if you're a party animal or like having lots of people around every night of the week. I'm happy for you to have friends around the week I don't have my daughter.
