Lovely village location in the centre of the picturesque village of Forest Row.

Ashdown Forest is on our doorstep with stunning landscapes and forest walks with a beautiful golf course and tennis club. Local organic farm shops, restaurants and cafes and shops only a few minutes walk away. Forest Row also houses a film society, a Yoga Studio is just down the road, there is a community centre for various activities and a village hall for hall hire and various classes, schools and colleges with Emerson College offering adult learning. Forest Row is a transition village and its inhabitants are always looking for ways to care for each other and improve the local environment.

Light and sunny, unfurnished first floor double bedroom with private en-suite shower room and built-in double wardrobe with shared lounge, kitchen & dining facilities including fridge/freezer, hob, washing machine and dishwasher, and direct access to shared cottage garden. Some furniture is available on request.

The house is gas centrally heated (a new boiler has just been installed) and double glazed throughout. There is one radiator in the bedroom and various other radiators throughout the house. Ideal for a professional individual.

The A22 offers easy access for transport links to East Grinstead train station to commute to London, with bus services to Haywards Heath, Tunbridge Wells and Brighton. A short drive takes you to Gatwick airport.
Street parking is available and the house has super-fast fibre internet connection.

The length of the initial contract is 12 months with a 6 months opt-out clause, after which a two months mutual notice period applies.
One month rent up front & one months deposit is required to secure the house share.
