My partner and I have a spare bedroom available in Hailsham, East Sussex, until April 2020. We have been letting this bedroom for short-term stays for quite a while so it is pretty basic. There is currently a really comfortable king size bed, a wardrobe, a TV stand and a bunk bed in it. Before we move anything out or around or get any additional pieces of furniture, we would like to meet you and discuss your needs and preferences. You will also have access to a shared bathroom, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.
My partner and I are friendly, peaceful, clean and tidy, young working professionals. I work from home quite a lot so the living room might not always be available.
£125/week for weekly stays or £450/month for monthly stays. The deposit for short term stays is negotiable.
