We have a small self-contained annexe with a small bedroom big enough for a double bed and a single wardrobe, shower room with toilet, small kitchen with washing machine, electric cooker and small fridge. Kitchen door opens into garden. a small corridor linking all rooms and finally a small lounge with french doors and windows over looking garden and patio. This is unfurnished at the moment. There is ample off road parking, however, we have parking on the drive for now as my wife had to sell her car owing to illness. this will not be available once she is driving again.
