Double room available in Hailsham

Newly decorated and furnished double room in a quiet road with plenty of parking. Brand new bed and bedding. Shared bathroom with just one other person which has a shower over the bath.
The landlord and landlady live in and the other tenant is the landlords brother. All of us are friendly and nice and easy to live with. The perfect tenant would be quiet, clean and tidy and in secure employment.
There's access to a washing machine and airers or if the weather is nice, an outside line. You will have your own food cupboard in the kitchen and shelf in the fridge and pots/pans/untensils/crockery etc are there for your use. The lounge is also shared with the other occupants. We are more than happy for you to make your room your own so feel free to hang pictures/tv etc.

The 2 men in the house work tough hours. The landlord is up at 3am every morning so goes to bed early during the week. This needs to be respected and noise kept to a low level during the week evenings.

We will be getting a dog soon too. Only a little one but you will need to be ok with this.
