A full-time working mum and her 13 year old daughter are looking for a friendly professional to share their large semi-detached home with. We are looking for someone friendly, well-mannered and with a good sense of humour who enjoys the company of children. Please be aware that my long term boyfriend stays over occasionally and he has a small dog. However if the tenant does not like dogs, the dig will not stay over.
The room for rent has been fully redecorated and is a large double bedroom with a king size bed and its own seating area with a sofa. There is an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and small dressing area. The room is very private as you are on your own floor. There is also access to a shared lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The tenant will have access to their own oven. There is a large garden with patio and decking area. There is a driveway with enough room for off street parking for the tenant.
The house is in easy walking distance of Hailsham town centre and is a short drive from Polegate station.
