Double room to rent close to the High Street

I have a spacious double room to rent in a lovely 3 bedroom house in a quiet close. It comes with broadband, TV point, central heating/hot water, use of washing machine. Shared use of bathroom, lounge, kitchen, downstairs toilet, conservatory and paved garden. The room has just been painted and is currently unfurnished (the photograph is of the room with the old furnishings to give you an idea about the size.) There is a large built in wardrobe and I will consider furnishing if need be. The house is a 5 minute walk from the High Street. I am a young professional woman and I am looking for someone friendly, considerate and in full-time employment. I am also in need of someone who enjoys the company of a friendly cat.
