We're a married couple (Ev and Rob) looking for a lodger to rent a lovely light and bright, large double bedroom with views over the rear garden. The room is set slightly apart from the rest of the house making the room comfortably private. The rent includes all bills and there is unlimited super fast fibre broadband. The room has a large desk, a 32' wall mounted flat screen TV, wardrobe, double bed (with storage underneath) wall cupboards and bedside tables.
We're located just five mins off the A27, with easy access to Gatwick, Worthing, Lancing, Shoreham and the A23. The location is also very convenient for Hove, Brighton and Lewes as well as for quick and easy access to the University of Sussex campus. Public transport is good with all three number 5 bus routes just a short walk from the house. Hove is about a 15 minute bus ride and Brighton about 25 minutes. Portslade train station is in walking distance.
