Large double available now

A large double room is available now. Situated in a quiet residential area of hangleton with views of the sea and the city of Brighton.

A beautifully sunny room in the afternoon and evening (its east facing) but allows for a good lie in if needed! Comes furnished with a double bed with super comfy mattress (3000 spring with memory foam top if your interested). There is currently a large chest of drawers and two bedside tables and a wardrobe.

There is a large bathroom next to the double room which contains a bath with jets, overhead shower and large sink. I have an ensuite so only use this bathroom about 4 times a year when i fancy a bath! So it's mainly yours but not exclusively.

A decent size cosy lounge and a large conservatory at the back so plenty of spaces to sit and relax. The conservatory is a gorgeous place to sit in the morning and read a book!

A small but perfectly formed kitchen with washer/ dryer.

I share the home with two cats, both girls who are very cuddly and affectionate so you need to be OK with cats!

A decent sized garden outside to enjoy any sunshine. A large drive is to the front if you'd prefer to keep your car off the road.

A 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which has buses into the centre of Brighton and up to Patcham (5, 5A i think!). You can get onto the south downs within a 5 minute walk from the house. There are various shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The big west hove sainsburys is only a 15 min walk away.

I am vegan so would prefer to let to a fellow vegan or someone who respects that i would not like meat or animal products being brought into the house.
