Rear and front garden ,rear, store cycles maybe moped , used for BBQ, relaxing, exercise even home working Virgin WiFi... ,NO BATH only SHOWER, use of kitchen & lounge area .We are relaxed here I am 57 and live an active life work and social ,not a drinker maybe at social times IF you smoke to be done outside areas ie gardens ONLY.
