Hello and welcome to our listing right opposite the beautiful Alexandra Park,, we are about a 15 minute walk from Hastings train station and town and about a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the sea front, We are renting a lovely double room with ensuite shower and bathroom. We are asking for £700 per calendar month with a small deposit of 100. For this you will not be disappointed, the room is situated at the back of the house facing the rear garden with no adjacent rooms making the room very private. The room is equipped with its own fridge, a large wall mounted flat screen TV it has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and cupboards for storage.
The en suite has both a large separate shower cubicle and a bath so depending on your mood you can have a relaxing soak after a long hard day or an efficient shower before your day starts. Once a week we have our lovely cleaner who cleans the communal areas of the house, We are not neat freaks but the house is always well kept and very homey.

The room belongs to a beautifully furnished large victorian property, there is large shared kitchen and dining area thats well equipped with all the modern conveniences, if your into cooking then you will have everything you need. There is also a large tiered garden out back and a secure terrace for bicycles.
There are 3 other people living in the house, one female and two males, we are all homebodies and our days of partying are behind us, we keep too ourselves and respect each others space however we are all super friendly and very easy going, must not forget the other 2 members of the household Orlando and Bazil our 2 Bengal cats, just like us they are very chilled, one spends most of his days sleeping and the other loves being outdoors.
The 700 per month includes all the bills no hidden extras or fees.
