Large spacious double room available. 5 mins walk from Hastings train and bus station. Also 5 minutes to shops and beach. Parking available with permit. Very big apartment. I'm looking for a full-time professional who likes their own space as do I. I work full times and when home like my own space, so need someone who understands this and won't be offended!! When I'm not working I'm usually out catching up with friends. I have a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks and will clean your room if you want and is included in the rent. I'm laid back, friendly and easy going. I'm also honest and trustworthy which is what I'm looking for in a new lodger.
