The bathroom is newly fitted with bath, separate shower enclosure, wc, basin and heated mirror. There is also a second shower and a second wc, also new.

Downstairs is a large kitchen with all necessary equipment. At the rear there is a utility area with washing machine, clothes airer for summer drying and a tumble dryer for the colder months..

The living room doubles as a dining room, with a large freesat tv and a long oak table. You can eat or study here if you want to escape your room.

It's a quiet house where everyone gets on with their life peacefully.
For everyone's safety, a degree of maturity is also needed when cooking, dealing with house security etc.

The house is right by the beautiful Alexandra Park in the central part of Hastings, perfect for jogging or walking, and there is unrestricted parking. The shopping centre and the railway station are 15 - 20 minutes walk through the park. The beach is also 15-20 mins walk.
