(garden needs work as haven't started it yet(!) - southwest facing- a sun trap until sunset. The bonus is the back of the house isn't over looked (wonderful sunsets a real treat in the summer)
2 x lovely Manx cats live here, and are the non scratchy type and some goldfish also Non- scratchy!
The property is approx 6-8 mins walk to station/old town/new town, just off the castle ruins.
