I have a double bedroom on the top floor to rent out for short term let’s. Opposite the bedroom is a twin room that I use for students occasionally. The shower room on the top floor is for your sole use.
A DBS will be essential.
This is a busy household, however with 2 young children it must be someone who is quiet in the evenings.
All bills are included in the price.
