Double room, free parking and on bus route

Double room to rent within a happy home.

The house has three floors. It is three bedroomed, one of which we have changed into an office.
Your room is on the second floor. It is a double and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and dresser.

We share a kitchen and a cosy livingroom, two toilets and a seperate bathroom. We also have a large hallway/room with additional seating and patio doors that open up into the garden.

We offer free wifi and bills are included.

We are situated in Hollingbury, near to the golf course, there are some lovely walks nearby if you are that way inclined. Easy access to the 24hr Asda which is just down the road.

There are regular bus services into Brighton town and free parking roadside if needed.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and are happy to share with a dog. Open to renting to another pet owner or on a temporary basis. We are sociable, but also like time to ourselves. This is not a party house, more of a homely feel. There is often someone home and due to covid we are keen to keep the house as safe as we can for all who reside.
