There is space for, and I can provide under bed storage, or bring your own double bed if preferred as the room is easily big enough for it. This room has been newly decorated(July 2023)-new wallpaper, fresh white walls and cupboards, new laminate flooring. Floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, plus over the door cupboard space.6 drawer chest of drawer unit, additional furniture(large/small chests of drawers etc) can be provided. View from window of the rear garden. Must be committed to cleaning room regularly.

USE OF WFH ROOM/ LOUNGE AREA-a shared space between the two lodger bedrooms. Current lodger does wfh specific days so the wfh facility must be shared. Ask for details. Desk, swivel chair, 2 armchairs, side table, lamps, drawer unit and shelving to store work related items. Redecorated and new flooring July 2023.

Household drying of washing in winter done with dehumidifier, racks provided. Geodome also great for drying clothes in unreliable weather and spring/autumn.

KITCHEN-Generous storage space provided; clean, modern, recently decorated and well stocked. New washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and the usual accessories. Fridge/freezers-one for each person's sole use.

DINING ROOM/LOUNGE- well decorated, spacious. Table and chairs for up to 4 people, armchairs. Smart tv; door to back garden. Additional cupboard storage.

BATHROOM-. Shared cleaning between the 2 lodgers on at least a fortnightly (so rotation) basis is an absolute must, please. For harmony in the house, please do not apply if you are not willing to commit to this long-term.

To be new carpet in hallway and stairs, resanded floor downstairs September 2023.

CLOAKROOM downstairs. I clean this weekly and clean and hoover house regularly.

LARGER DOUBLE ROOM-currently taken by friendly lodger(female).

LARGE GREEN in quiet road for communal use of residents only, but seldom utilised. Sun from dawn till dusk.

3 MINUTE WALK TO BUS STOP with frequent bus service to town centre(26/46 routes). Large supermarket locally. 5 minute walk from very friendly, well-served mini mart- open early till late, local post office and friendly coffee house.

One lodger currently lives here and it will be max 2 lodgers at any given time.

Prior to lockdown and having lodgers I hosted foreign students for many years, so I am very comfortable with sharing my house. I am happy to chat or give you your own space as suits you. I have a visitor's book from people who have stayed here over the many years and I’m still in touch with many of them.
