We are a group of 4 friendly and social girls who are looking for another house mate to move in as soon as possible. The house has one bathroom/toilet and another single toilet, all necessary amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, microwave etc. We are located 2 minutes walk from the local bus stop which sits on the 26 and 46 routes taking you directly into town, the 25 bus route can be accessed via Lewes Road or The Level. The rent is £515 per month not including bills, bills total £40 per month per person. We are a group of post grads aged 21-25 so a post grad or 2nd year + is preferred. We also like to keep the house clean and tidy so this is also important. Males or females welcome
