This is a double room with bed, cupboard and drawers with easy chair to relax. There is a large radiator.
The location is on Hove Seafront. There is a bus stop for the 700 outside and to Churchill Sq Brighton is 15 mins.
If going to the university, the 700 meets the 25 bus routes so that my home to the university is around 45 mins.
There is street parking available very close, but a permit should be obtained. For cyclists there is a rack in the basement of the block.
Landlord is retired involved in community business.
The kitchen is fully equipped except no dish-washer.
There is a shower room and an extra toilet.
The lounge is marble floored facing South and East.
There is WiFi and Sky channel. Tenant is welcome to share lounge or keep himself to himself.
Sorry girls, but I really prefer a male tenant -32 or younger - so MEN preferred.
