Lovely Flat Share with young working female .

Hi - This is a flat share in a split level top floor 2 bed apartment in Lansdowne place Hove.
The property has all the usual WiFi, washing machine, cooker, TV etc. The location is fantastic, hove lawns and the sea literally at the bottom of the road. Western road 50 yards away and a 10-15 walk to Churchill Sq.
The flat is a very quiet, comfortable, Victorian property.
The room is very large 10’ 6” X 18’ 6”, it has a kingsize bed, reclaimed timber shelving, desk, sofa, loads of storage space etc. It makes a very comfortable bed sitting room. The alcove opposite has been converted into hanging/storage to make even more space in your room .
The fire escape has been extended which makes a lovely outdoor space, accessed by elegantly climbing out of the kitchen window.
A couple of really important things. My daughter lives on her own but with 2 Burmese cats who will take an interest in every aspect of your life. Very affectionate - more like a cross between a monkey and a dog. Secondly there is no power shower just a gravity fed mixer.. That might be a deal breaker for some but it’s not that bad. There is however a full size bath :)
If you are an occasional smoker that’s not a problem
I am moving out leaving my daughter in the flat she is 20 and works as an HCA at Great Ormond Street. She is a friendly, considerate person with a great sense of humour.
The flat is quirky, charming, peaceful..
what is being offering will work perfectly for the right person and will be a lovely home for you.
It is on the top floor which means keeping fit walking up 3 flights :)
Highly recommend viewing - the size of the room and the location make it a bargain. .
The kitchen, bathroom and utility room are all shared.
Would ideally suit a Nurse or Nursing student but certainly a working female and preferable vegan/vegetarian.
