We are looking for a housemate to join us in our flat share! The current tenants are Rosie who is a primary school teacher and Kayleigh who works in music finance. We have a small double bedroom available that comes with its own private adjacent bathroom and shower. The room is unfurnished but can come with a wardrobe!

The flat itself is part of a well positioned complex near Hove station. There is a large communal living space, a second communal bathroom, and a good medium sized kitchen with lots of storage and a working dishwasher. Overall the whole flat feels very spacious and light.

Location wise, the flat is perfectly positioned for easy access to trains, buses, and is a comfortable walking distance from central Brighton. Hove station is a 4 minute walk away, and there are multiple bus stops just round the corner (7, 21). It is also just a 15 minute walk to Hove high street and the beach.
