Beautiful home in Hove needs new housemate! :)

Hi everyone, I'm moving on from this friendly house share in Hove, which means my lovely current housemates (1 girl, 1 guy, and a sweet old cat called Barney) are looking for an awesome new housemate to join them.

Here's what they have to say:
The property is newly refurbished and is a private let with no agency attachment so we've benefited from a lot more freedom. The landlords are really friendly and always ready to help us if we need them!

We're located about a 5 min walk from Hove station and just round the corner from the number 5 bus stop, so getting around is never a problem. Poet's Corner is a quiet, suburban area so we have the benefit of a garden and little noise, while still being a stones throw from all the amenities of George St/Blatchington Road/Portland Road.

The house has all of the following; broadband, TiVo, gas and electric, we have a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine, fridge/freezer... Cost advertised is rent only and cost including bills is between £600-640. This gets paid into a bills account and sorted so there so nothing for you to do!

The house itself is furnished, and the room has built in storage (hanging rail and drawers) with a big mirror on the wardrobe door, and there's a bed/tables available too if you need them. There is a lot of shelf space too.
